I have put telephone numbers in my contacts list and it is displaying them in a format that is not recognised when I dial them and I’m being told they are an incorrect number. How do I remedy this please?

iPhone 13, iOS 15

First try Settings, Phone, and turn on Dial Assist

If that does not hep, put the numbers in International Format

i.e.

+44 7890 123456 instead of

07890 123456
