You can not.

The iPhone 6 is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

You can not.

The iPhone 6 is not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

You cannot. That iPhone is too old. If you want iOS 16, you will need to buy a much newer model. Please see the chart below:
