Getting an Invoice:

1. Go Here: Viewing & Changing Orders - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: View or Print Invoice (very bottom)
3. Proceed from there as necessary

On the invoice, you would see the product info.

These ae just User-to-User forums. You need to change this yourself. No on here has access to your Apple Account (which is a good thing, BTW). So, call Apple, informing an Apple Rep that you want this information. If permitted, the Apple Rep would provide it, likely in a PDF document,.
