Cant delete Health medication reminder

I keep getting reminders to take medication, but when I open the Health app it

a) does not show anything at all or

b) does show the basic fields but the medication list is empty.

so, how can I delete something that is not there? 🤷‍♂️

Medication Reminder Notification stay on TOP? I use iPhone Health app to send me notifications to remind me to take my medications. The notifications do show up as programmed. Unfortunately, occasionally at the time of the Medication Reminder notification I am busy with other things and tell myself to take them in a while. I do NOT clear the notification until I actually take the medication. As I get more notifications from other apps (text messages, whatsapp, emails, etc) the Medication Reminder notification gets moved to the bottom of the list, and there have been times where I have completely forgotten to take them. Health is an important topic for Apple, as evidenced by latest hardware and software updates. Apple Health App / Medications Reminders STILL not working Every other day when clicking on a medication reminder either you get a blank screen in the health app, or my medications are gone and the health app asks you to set up a new medications (as if none exists). Only remedy is to restart the phone, then everything works as it should again. This is still not fixed in iOS 18.3 and has been around since iOS18. Is there really no fix for this? Restarting Health app does nothing Logging in and out of iCloud does nothing Restoring your phone does nothing I have reported this to Apple but nothing is fixed with their iOS updates. This is reported all over the internet so I am certainly not alone. Has anyone been able to find a fix for this or should I simply download a third party health app instead of having to use the broken one that is coming with this expensive device and having to constantly restart it?
