Ventura and two DNS from DHCP

I have found a thing.

Have the same issue with 3 DNS defined in DHCP server.

If i remove the third (the last one) all works fine.

It's like the DNS order was reversed.

Exemple:

192.168.10.1

192.168.10.2

8.8.8.8

DNS resolution start with 8.8.8.8

Removed the 8.8.8.8 from DHCP server list, work fine.

So, i tried this one:

8.8.8.8

192.168.10.1

192.168.10.2

And it's work too, resolving from 192.168.10.2

BUT, if i try to dig from terminal, he start with the first one.... WTF Apple?

I have exactly same issue. If DNS given by DHCP, doesn't work, exactly same DNS manually, work.

Same issue with iOS (16.1.2) and Ventura (13.0.1)
