Paramount + Subscription paid through my Apple account on my iphone and ipad

I have a subscription for Paramount + plan through my Apple account. I have forgot my password for the Paramount + account. When I try to get a new password, Paramount states they sent me an email message but I never receive it.

What is the email ID that you had given to Paramount+ while subscribing to it?

On your device:

Tap "Forgot Password" on Paramount+ app home screen.
Enter the email address used to sign up for Paramount+.
Next, check your email inbox for an email from paramountplus.com. Click the password reset link within that email.
Enter and confirm your new password.

How do I recover or reset my Paramount+ password?
