Cannot Download iPlugMate app

Hello,

So I tried opened the iPlugmate app on my phone to see the files I have saved on the USB drive I used in the past, and the app only showed me the files on my phone. I connected the USB drive to my PC and the files are there, but of course it won't let me see them. I deleted the app to re-install (thinking that would help), and now the app is not available anymore... what can't I do?

On my PC I can't see them because of the format (HEIC). I downloaded viewers, converters, and nothing. The only way would be the app on my phone, but it is no longer available for my "country or region" (USA)

As it appears this concern is directly related to accessing or using an accessory developed by a third-party company, working with the hardware/software developer for options or support may be necessary. You may be able to access the contact information for the app developer by following How to contact an app developer.

Bill,

Thank you for taking the time to respond. The issue we are having is that the app doesn't seem to be available anymore on the App Store. I had it, and I deleted it to download it again hoping that would fix the issues I was having with it.
