physical sim & esim issue for video calls in iphone xr

I have an i phone XR.i have one physical sim and esim in my phone. my esim is using for voice calls and data.my physical sim is personel number only for voice calls. when i use both sim in my phone video calls tru data not connecting. I have to remove or turn off my physical sim .how can i use both sim at a time and i have to make video calls thru messenger or duo without any issues.my software is updated to latest version. please help
