i have read and try Can't clear voicemail notification - Apple Community
but it didn't help.
Any other suggestions how i can get rid of this annoing red circle on my phone icon?

Since Voicemail is a specific cellular carrier service/feature, I suggest that you contact your carrier and explain your problem. They should be able to help you.
