Why is it so hard to delete a payment method and there is no one who to call of help with this. Its like apple is trying to make you leave your credit card so that can keep charging you. WTF!
If you subscribe to anything through Apple, then you must have at least one payment method. To remove the last payment method, first cancel any ongoing subscriptions.

Method of Payment Requirement is the Culprit:
At least one Method of Payment is required for use of an Apple Account. So, add another card, and then remove this one. If you have no card, then use a PayPal account, if an option in your Country/Region.
