I cannot reply to posts

I cannot reply to posts... here's what I post first....

FYI - I'll say in advance, if this reply goes thru that's great, but it usually doesn't. So far it most always says... "Your post could not be saved. Please try again in a few moments" ...instead of submitting my reply or question. ...so I cannot come back to thank you or speak again. So thank you if you did try to help me!

...so first, how do I get the reply to submit....
