can I get icloud 14 for windows 10, I need to change the drive location on my PC

What do you mean by "iCloud 14"? You can only download whatever version is available in the Microsoft Store for Windows.
The way to change the location of iCloud Drive files does not depend on any particular version of iCloud for Windows.
It’s possible that I miss read that there is a version 14 that allows you to select the drive on your windows pc where you want iCloud to be! Can you please tell me how to change it from C drive to D?

Don't believe any version of iCloud for Windows allows you to do that directly.
You an use certain Windows commands to make the change however.

You will need to use the Windows Power Shell.
You are on your own, as it's not a supported modification.
Hi, I had read that version 14 existed but couldn’t find it so I uninstalled the iCloud for windows app on my PC and got it on reinstalling, I think that it was offered as a beta version.

There is in fact a version 14, I’ve managed to get it and you can choose the drive on your PC where you want iCloud rather than C
