The macOS Ventura page states that the OS only works on 2017 and newer MacBook Pro's but clicking "more info" brings up an Apple article stating that 2015 MacBook Pro's and later are compatible with the latest OS. How can I download Ventura to my 2016 MacBook Pro 13,3?

Not sure where you are seeing the 2015 model compatibility. Can you post a link to that article?
