I have an iPhone 13 plus two iPhone 7’s. I need to remove all photos, contacts etc off one iPhone 7. I have one Apple ID. Could you please let me know what I need to do? Thank you

Note that if you use those instructions for one iPhone 7 it will not affect the two other phones even though they have the same Apple ID.
