When you go to System Preferences>Keyboard the Modifier Keys button is no longer present. Anyone know how to disable Caps Lock now? I can't find it

Go to system settings, search at top left for modifier ...at bottom of list is Keyboard>customize modifier keys...double click it and caps lock choices are revealed
