A few months back I had download issues and was given 2 credits toward future movies. When I tried to purchase a title it asked for credit card info and never gave me the option of using the credits despite they being listed in the top right corner of my itunes app. What gives? How do I use these credits?

When redeeming a gift card, (1) the amount will be credited to your Apple ID balance and (2) then you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
