My turn! How to I file a complaint against Apple, on the Customer Service Department?

Calling Apple support is no good because I am complaining about them. I will also complain about how they botched my attempt to redeem services after I bought this brand new Apple M1 Pro. I've got promises (undelivered) and chat transcripts, was even transferred to a phone, call multiple hours of nothing.


Who can I complain to?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.0

Sure I just purchased an Apple M1 Pro, I'm running on Ventura 13.0.1 I am supposed to be able to redeem 3 months of Apple Arcade for free with my new purchase, but the link to tap doesn't show up in the Apple

Store, I gave the Apple Support my receipt and everything, They gave me a code, but didn't give me the 3 months. Then they bounced me around for 2 1/2 hour. Can this community fix that? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, so hopefully some day someone from Apple Corporate can help when Apple Support couldn't.

Gotta have a correct code or tap to redeem, and yes I can do it from the App Store or Apple Music. Since apple support is not helping, BBB is my only option. It's all about the principle now, I spent more time trying to redeem an amount than the redemption is even worth.


Anyway, I was just trying to find out of there was a way to complain about Apple not providing what they promised. Guess there's not. I'll see what comes of the BBB.
