My hearing aids already have full functionality with the iPhone. I can run the various programs and take calls though them rather than the speaker on my phone. My question specifically relates to the Ultra watch phone utility and whether my hearing aids will receive the sound rather than the sound coming from the watch’s speaker. This is for when I do not have the iPhone with me, just the watch.

If your hearing aids are MFi then the answer in NO. You can use the phone app on the Apple Watch without the iPhone with you but the sound only comes from the speaker in the Apple Watch.

Hi Mate, thanks for the response. Not the answer I was hoping for. Just one point of clarification, what do you mean by MFi. How do I find out if that is what my Aids have.
