I scan documents in and the preview shows the document has successfully scanned. However when I save it to my desktop or to anywhere else, the scan is blank. I have never had this issue before. Please help. I am applying for the bar exam and need to scan in several documents.

For an issue with scanning a document on macOS Ventura, we'd recommend the following steps:
If the issue happens in the Image Capture app on macOS, then it would be best to contact Apple Support
They'll need to take it from here.
