Problem in Redeeming Beats Flex on Clicking "Redeem Now" in the Email Sent by Apple.

I received an email from Apple to Redeem a pair of free Beats Flex. On clicking "Redeem Now" in the email, I was directed to the website to redeem the earphones but when I try to add them to the cart, I get an error message - "You can redeem only 1 Beats Flex.

Please reduce the quantity to continue."

I don't have a beats flex added in the cart already and I have not redeemed it already. I got the error on my first try to redeem the earphones. Can someone please help?

Are you a new Apple Music Student subscriber who hasn't had a subscription to Apple Music in the past? If not, that is a requirement which may be why you're unable to obtain the promotion. Check out the requirements below:


Get a pair of Beats Flex earphones on us, with your Apple Music student subscription
