Safari has stopped displaying Facebook

This problem started at approximately 4 PM pacific time on 9 Nov 2022. Facebook has stopped working with Safari. We have two Macs one running Ventura and the other still on Big Sur. Both are having issues with Facebook. I've cleared the cache and cookies on both and restarted Safari, but the issue has not been resolved. I've also disabled our VPN, but the problem remains. Facebook works correctly with Chrome, Firefox, and Edge for the Mac. It works on these other browsers both with and without the VPN enabled.

I'm not sure how to resolve the issue.
