mac reboot after 1' while in sleep mode on battery.

Since updating to 13.0 i was experiencing the following issue: mac reboot after 1' after closing the lid and while it is not plugged to power.

"sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0" did not help.

Updated to 13.0.1 no difference whatsoever, 13.0.1 release notes not specifying fixing the issue i have.

has the "kernel panic reboot after 1' in sleep mode" been fixed in any of the versions post 13.0.1 ?

Macbook pro 16" 2019, intel cpu.
