I cant update itunes so I can't update my ipod, help
I want to update my ipod through itunes, but I need to update itunes and it wont update. It tells me I have the current version. I am using windows 8.1

You have the "current version" for Windows 7 and Windows 8, not the "latest version".
Your signature strip suggests that you have an iPod with iOS 9 on it, which would suggest a 5th generation iPod Touch. A 5th gen iPod on iOS 9 can only be updated to iOS 9.3.5, which should be possible with the version of iTunes that you have (and I assume that's iTunes 12.10.11.2).
If you have a device that requires a later version of iTunes than 12.10.11.2, you will have to update to Windows 10.
