Iphone 13 heating issue while it is charging

I have been facing this heating issue since the very first day. So whenever I charge my phone and use, it heats like anything (though i haven't seen the overheating message yet). But this is very weird for a premium phone to heat to such a level even on minimal usage. And sometimes if my phone is on charge and i am not using it, it still heats up.

Now, I dont know if this level of heating is normal for iphones but I recently switched to iphone from Android and I have never seen this level of heating on Android.

I discussed with a few more friends who also own the same device and it seems to be working fine for them. Not sure what's the issue.

I am using original apple adapter and apple cable. Please help. This thing is irritating.

I too had a similar issue 4 weeks on my iPhone 12 Pro bought two years ago from Apple Store in the USA.

What I did is given below

Took a backup on iCloud (Which I do regularly)
Logged out of the Apple ID
Erase --> Erase iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
1. Keep eSIM Data was the option I chose (See the pic)
2. .
Set up my iPhone and restored it from iCloud Backup

I continued to have the same issue with the heating.

I repeated the above steps but this time I did not restore from the iCloud Backup. I set it up as a new iPhone.

Waited for 3 days. There is no heating issue, now.

Conclusion.:

This does not suggest any hardware issue!
This is also not an iOS issue
Some Apps or iPhone storage and some settings maybe heating up the device.
This is not the iPhone Cover or Charging able issue as I had used the same cover and cable while doing both the above processes

Action Plan:

I will now slowly get my all data back one by one.
Using the elimination process I will try to find out which app or settings were causing this...

It has been 2 weeks since then and the heating issue has not returned.
