my Apple Watch screen has suddenly gone black, it won’t restart or charge, I’ve tried the forced restart but no luck, only 7 months old! Help please!!

Try this:
Press and hold BOTH the digital crown AND power button at the SAME TIME. Keep holding them at the same until the Apple Logo appears, which can take several seconds.
If no joy, the next step would be schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation.
