Keyboard folio not working

Dear folks,

I used to work with keyboard folio. But after updating my iPad OS to iPadOS, it does not recognize the keyboard. I have followed online solutions but no luck yet? Do you have any idea about what the solution could be?

Your keyboard issues are perhaps coincidental - and not necessarily due to the update.


Remove the Smart (folio) keyboard from your iPad - and carefully/gently clean the smart connector contacts on both the iPad and keyboard with a soft pencil eraser. Ensure that the contacts are dirt and dust free - and all debris from the eraser have been removed - before reconnecting the two.
