My Apple ID account is disabled, how do I activate it?

I have two problems, I hope to solve the first. I have a balance in my Apple account, but a message appears that the purchase was not possible

• you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.

If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.

The second problem is that my Apple account has been disabled.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", you need to ->  contact Apple Support for help.

But If you fix the problem with your Apple ID balance (your first problem), your account will no longer be disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

My account has been disabled

You have another problem then the Author.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.
