iOS 16 update

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I wanted to get the iOS 16 update and I have storage for it but it’s not showing up in my software updates and it just says it’s up to date. So how do I fix it and get the new update?

Do you have a beta version of iOS 15.7 installed?
