M1 Mac Mini restarting while in sleep

Every so often I've switched to my Mac Mini from my work iMac (share an external monitor) and I noticed my account and guest account shows up (only shows when I've restarted/booted up). Log in and it tells me the computer shut down because of a problem.

Thank you for your time.

Disable Sleep, it’s unnecessary on later Macs, all pain, no gain. To disable, set your Energy Saver settings to as shown:

Separately, avoid manual sleep, use screen lock instead or let the display switch off/auto-lock on timer. For long or overnight absences, shut.
