my App Store doesn't work

it is long time that my Appstore doesn't work.

and i face with this message always.

cannot connect to App Store.

Neither does mine, it allows me to search, but I cannot download. It just times out.

I subscribed to Arcade but it keeps throwing out an error "cannot connect to app store" and it isn't a billing issue.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
