Apple care cancelled without notice

My Apple care failed to pay because of my card was stolen at July. I didn't noticed that the payment have stopped since then. I never got informed the payment was failed. I would like to keep my Apple care as i have been paid for 10 months. Now i really need the apple care to repair my phone. Please give me instruction what should i do now.

You will have to contact AppleCare Support to try and resolve the issue. Monthly AppleCare+ subscriptions are a contract and you’re responsible for payment, which you have not done since July.

So only Apple can tell you if they’re is a means to make up the missed payments and reinstate your coverage, or whether it is forfeit for failure to pay.
