It doesn’t install I have already downloaded it

Why doesn’t it install??

I have downloaded the software but I can’t install it just keeps on loading and then nothing happens because theres a cellular issue that was detected thats why i need to update my software

Thank you for the additional information and screen shots. On your phone, try selecting Settings > Cellular. Then scroll down to make sure Settings is set to On. And while in Settings, make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal. Finally, when trying to update, it will normally ask to use cellular if needed. Answer Yes.

Contact your cellular provider to help resolve the cellular issue.
