Can't delete a spam imessage

Use Messages in iCloud:

Can't delete messages? If so, use Messages in iCloud. You'd enable messages on your other devices. Once it is deleted, all will be removed.

2. As it Reads: "When you delete a message, photo, or conversation on one device, it’s removed from all of your devices."
