My daughters phone is part of my family iCloud and I had backed up her phone prior to reformatting. however, her apple id doesn't show any back up saved.
On checking my iCloud account, her phone is still showing with 40GB data under family back up. Anyway to restore her back up
Where are you looking to see that there is no backup?
iCloud iOS backups will be visible when you start to restore a backup to a device. You will be asked if you want to restore from a backup, and then from which backups in a list.
There isn't a part of iCloud to visit to inspect your backups.
