WhatsApp Voice Messages

WhatsApp voicenotes are no longer playing when phone is raised to my ear. Once the speaker is covered, a speaker with a slash is displayed.

No sound WhatsApp voice notes phone to my ear. Recently, out of nowhere, I lost the ability to listen to WhatsApp voice notes whenever I take the phone to my ear. When I do, I get the silent logo sign of iPhone, while in fact the phone is not silent. Also the volume is not low and is to maximum. Whenever I take the phone away from my ear, the voice note plays normally on the loudspeaker. I have phone 13 pro max and software is up to date 16.2 but still the problem exist

Whatsapp voice note volume too low Hello i have brought a new iphone 16pro max. With my previous iphone 14pro max the whatsapp voice note where much loud and clear. Now with the new handset(iphone16pro max) the voice notes are being played with a lower volume output. I have tried unselecting volume limit option in settings aswel. Restarted the device well a few times. Please provide a solution to this. Only while using whatsapp the volume is lower. Other media while playing the volume is loud enough .
