An unrecognised charge on my debit card from the Apple Store

Hello, I got an unrecognised charge with no email receipt confirmation on my debit card the day after I made a purchase at the Apple Store. The amount was $126. I’ve tried chatting to the customer care but they’ve been keeping me in the loop for a week now. Please help. Thank you
