If the screen wasn't replaced in a non-authorized service, then you can go into Settings - FaceID and Passcode, you can set up an alternate appearance, which can train the phone to your current look. If that doesn't work, you may have a hardware related problem, and I'd recommend to visit a local authorized service provider.
