cmd shift v not working on Ventura OS
Since the new upgrade to Ventura OS, the keyboard shortcut for cmd + shift + v (paste matching format style) stopped working. How do I add it back to my keyboard for M1 MacBook Air?

Notation on above dated September 2, 2020 which may coincide with macOS 11 Big Sur
As per the Apple link below dated October 24, 2022 which is much more current and coincides with macOS 13 Ventura

1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .
2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue
