Apple music 6 months free

Hi,

I subscribed 1 month free Apple music. Two days later I bought Airpods with 6 months free Apple music, but I can't get it because I'm not new subscriber. How's that?

Maybe you should contact the official Apple Support about that and see if they can do something about that:
