Add music from iCloud Drive to Apple Music
I have music that I purchased saved on my iCloud Drive. Is there any way to import them into Apple Music from my iPhone 11?

There is not a way to import music from the Files app to Music on your iPhone. You'll need to sync the music from a computer to your iPhone: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support
If the music was purchased from the iTunes Store, you can download the music from your purchase history to access the music in the Music app. Check out those steps here: Redownload music - Apple Support

- Open the iTunes Store app.
- On your iPhone or iPod touch: At the bottom of your screen, tap More More button, then tap Purchased.
