Apple mail app not always loading content

I'm using Monterey 12.6 on my iMac. Sometimes mail content doesn't load on some incoming emails. It's not consistent; sometimes it's fine, other times the content doesn't load. Sometimes if I just click on another email, then go back to the original, the content loads...sometimes I have to try a few times. I looked at the connection doctor and see that my sky/Yahoo account isn't listed. Is that part of the problem? If so I have no idea what to do about it. This is a problem that has developed fairly recently - I'm not sure if it developed when I installed 1.6, or whether it's developed more recently than that. Simple answer please ...I'm afraid that when I read helpful contributors suggestions I'm lost after the first line. I'm over 70 and allowed to be IT illiterate!

Hi Viridis42,


If you are using Yahoo and other email services with the Mac Mail app, and those are not loading, you may want to check the settings for each account. It may be that filtering for junk is possibly keeping these from downloading. For issues with receiving emails see this link for troubleshooting.
