Apple Music Stutters in Lossless

Every 10-15 minutes the music stutters. If I pause for 10 seconds, playback resumes as usual. For about another 10-15 minutes. I'm on the latest updates from Apple. I've rebooted. I've downloaded tracks (so it's not WiFi or bandwidth). I've directly connected a DAC (so it's not BlueTooth). Doesn't happen on iPhone SE gen2. Any ideas would be great; thanks.

Apple Music Malfunction I see this is already a known problem. Apple Music streamed on my iPhone pauses between tracks when it shouldn’t. At first I thought my new airbuds were the problem but it wasn’t the case. Here’s the funny part; side two of remastered Abbey Road is the worst case scenario but an older version of Abbey Road does not pause between tracks.
