Language

As you seem to have posted your question after visiting the iOS language support page I presume you are asking about an iOS device.

Have you looked in Settings > General > Language & Region > Add Language

My iPhone, in Australia, offers Norwegian Bokmål. I presume you get the same option in the US.

Yes, and in that regard Apple products are the same no matter where you buy them.

A Norwegian printed hardware keyboard is, however, not available from Apple in the US.
