So I bought an unlocked iPhone 14 plus. But my local network doesn’t have esim , only sim. Can I return my iPhone for one that has sim tray.

No. Your best bet is return the iPhone 14 for a refund, then buy an iPhone 14 in the country in which you plan to use the phone. That model will have a SIM tray.
As already mentioned above, Apple does not sell an iPhone 14 with a Sim card tray in the U.S.
If you're in the USA, no, unless you get an older model or an iPhone SE. Otherwise, your iPhone will have a physical SIM card slot.
