iPhone Activation Lock
I have bought a iPhone off of the internet and it turns out it has a activation lock? I can’t get a hold of the owner.. How can I get rid of the activation lock?

Return the phone for a refund. The phone is useless. Activation Lock can only be removed by the person who originally set up the phone using their Apple ID and Password.
Never buy a used phone unless you know the person who originally owned the phone.
