blank screen in app.

Hi, I have a blank screen in the app created by an online stockbroker: https://hellostake.com/au

I have been in contact with the company since august. I have made suggestions, provided screenshots, video, and any other information they've asked for except this:


"As such, the only recommendation we can make at this time is to try on a different device, i.e. another phone."

I don't see why I need to obtain another phone to test and fix their problem.


So, what can I do? Is there a complaints process with apps that refuse to fix user problems?

Start here, If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support then the last step is to contact the developer. It seems that you have tried to do that. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version, as well as the iPhone being updated. Otherwise, it is up to the app developer to troubleshoot their app. If it still fails to work, then you would have to look for a different app. You can provide feedback to Apple, but there really isn't anything they can do. I believe the reason the app isn’t doing anything is that they don’t know what to do, the reason they asked you to obtain another phone for war to test if it was a local problem (on your phone) if you haven’t already please delete and reinstall the app, you can also try rebooting your phone (hold power button if on phone with the home button, otherwise hold the side button and up power).
