I would like to purchase a new 2022 SONY Bravia TV Model KD43X85. Will my 4th gen Apple TV work with this TV>

Apple TV HD (4th generation) (A1625) will not give you 4K resolution, nor HDR, nor the Dolby Atmos experience, though. Later models Apple TV would assist in that.

appletv is not that picky if the tv have a hdmi 1.3 port or higher and can display a resolution of 480p or higher

you can even connect it to a computer monitor if you like
