iPhone disabled retrieve data

My iPhone 8+ is displaying the message

“iphone is disabled , connect to iTunes. “

How can I retrieve the data on the phone (I don’t have a backup)?

If you do not have a backup either on iTunes or iCloud I am sorry to say all your data is lost.

If you do not have a backup either on iTunes or iCloud I am sorry to say all your data is lost.
