Unknown person in my find my phone app under people. I can see their location etc. ????

Do you use Family Sharing at all? If so, is the person listed part of your Family Sharing group? If not, you can remove the individual with the steps below found in the guide here: Add or remove a friend in Find My on iPhone - Apple Support
"Remove a friend
When you remove a friend, that person is removed from your People list and you are removed from theirs.
- Tap People at the bottom of the screen, then tap the name of the person you want to remove.
- Tap Remove [name], then tap Remove."
You can also check your Apple ID to ensure no devices not in your possession are signed in: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in
