"This Apple ID is not valid or not supported."

"This Apple ID is not valid or not supported."

I tried to go to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid, but it said "This Apple ID is not valid or not supported."

I doubled checked to make sure I put in the correct apple id, and I did, this also made me locked out of my iPhone X, and when I tried to software rest it and typed in the apple id ( to prove it was your phone) t said you need to rest your apple id password, but when I go thttps://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleidit it says "This Apple ID is not valid or not supported."

even tho I put in the same apple id ( I now use a different apple id)
